IMPORTANT: When you order simply send me a message with the photo of your choice, please note that the photo must have some space all around the persons head in order for us to properly crop it to size. If you do not get this to me within 24 hours, I will have to cancel your order, since I can not make it without the photo. Only the photo is personalized, our charms are pre-engraved, so they can not be changed.

Your charm will be shipped out the same or following day depending on the time of your order. First class shipping is included which will take anywhere from 3 to 7 mail days. If you need it faster you can choose a priority mail upgrade which should take around 2 to 4 mailing days, usually 2 to 3.
